All items returned must be accompanied by a sales slip. All items returned must be in new, re-sellable condition. Used items will not be accepted. Items rendered obsolete, due to regulation changes cannot be returned. Special orders, closeouts or obsolete inventory cannot be returned. Items returned within 30 days can be exchanged for a store credit or a cash refund. A store credit will be given for any returns made after 30 days. The credit will be issued at the purchase price or current selling price, whichever is lower. No cash refunds will be issued after 30 days. Items returned after 6 months will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
